Lesson 14 Final Exam

Today is our final test in production I got the menu #5 which is a Lemon Meringue Tart, Drop Cookies and Eclairs. The bad side of this menu is that all the recipes use stove top cooking and that will take some time. We are going to have only 4 hours to accomplish this menu and it seems that it will not be enough time........ I hope for the best.
