Today we had our first quizz and we had questions about conversions on it. I am happy that my grade was 100%.

Production Test.-
Today we also were tested in our baking skills we did again a two baguettes, one epi and wheat rolls.
With the pressure of being tested my bread was not better than the first time around, I washed the wheat rolls with watered egg and they did not looked as shiny as they should :(
